[UPDATE 4:50 PM PST] All calls have been shut down temporarily. We hope to restore service late this evening. Live chat and ticket support are available.

[UPDATE 3:26 PM on 4/01/08] Phone Support Issues are still on-going and is still being addressed. Hold times can be up to 30 minutes at this time. Ticket submission and live chat is readily available via the Support Portal. Thank you for your continued patience.

[UPDATE 1:59 PM on 4/01/08] We are still working to resolve the phone support issues. Phone lines are operational but are currently running at a reduced capacity. Callers may experience long hold times and error messages. Thank you for your patience.
