[RESOLVED] Second Life Phone Support Issues

[UPDATE 5:20 PM PST –teeple]

Murphy’s Law just staged a mild surprise attack against the support phone lines, in the form of a momentary disruption completely unrelated to the one earlier today.

The vendor resolved the glitch within about two minutes, but there’s a chance a handful of calls were disconnected. If it happened to you, please accept our apologies and call back. We’re open. Really.

[RESOLVED 1:36 p.m. PST] This issue has been resolved. Thank you for your patience.

[UPDATE 11:56 a.m. PST –teeple] Phone lines into Concierge Services continue to suffer intermittent problems. Support calls into other areas have been re-routed around the trouble, and should be functioning normally. We apologize for the inconvenience, and will have reliable phone service into all support groups restored as quickly as possible.

[UPDATE 11:10 a.m. PST –teeple] I apologize for the tardy update. Our operations team is working to either resolve this issue or configure a way around it as quickly as possible. We’ll keep you posted as we work toward resolution.

Second Life Phone Support is currently experiencing an issue that may result in busy signals or dropped calls. We are working on resolving this as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
