Murphy’s Law just staged a mild surprise attack against the support phone lines, in the form of a momentary disruption completely unrelated to the one earlier today.
The vendor resolved the glitch within about two minutes, but there’s a chance a handful of calls were disconnected. If it happened to you, please accept our apologies and call back. We’re open. Really.

[UPDATE 11:56 a.m. PST –teeple] Phone lines into Concierge Services continue to suffer intermittent problems. Support calls into other areas have been re-routed around the trouble, and should be functioning normally. We apologize for the inconvenience, and will have reliable phone service into all support groups restored as quickly as possible.
