[RESOLVED] – Problems with Foreign Language Support Emails

[7:39 AM PST] [RESOLVED] Emails to our foreign language support email addresses should now be back to normal. We’re sorry for the problems this caused anyone and wish you a great day 🙂

[6:08 AM PST]  There appears to be a problem for residents using our foreign language support email addresses, principally in the Japanese language (but possibly other languages too). Emails do not appear to be getting routed to our system at present.

We’re aware of this situation and apologise for the difficulties this may be causing our residents whose first language is not English. We will endeavour to sort this out as soon as we can.
